Cambridge Open Evening

Cambridge campus focuses on landbased programmes including animal management, equine and dog grooming.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to book to attend?

Yes, pre-booking an arrival time is essential for all our open events. Your chosen time is your arrival slot, once you are on campus, you can stay until the event closes. 

What can I do at an open day?

You can tour our campuses and facilities, speak to tutors and current students, get detailed course information, meet our Careers team, and talk to Student Services about finance, support and travel.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes, you are welcome to bring a parent carer or friend. When booking you only need to book tickets for those wanting to apply for a course. 

Is parking available?

Free parking is available on site, please follow the signs on the day to show you where to park.

Do you offer quiet times for SEN learners?

Yes, we offer SEN Quiet Time tickets with reduced numbers, allowing SEN learners to arrive before general admission. Select the SEN Quiet Time ticket when you book.

I'm not sure what I want to study yet, can I still attend?

Absolutely. Our teams can help you explore your options and suggest courses that match your interests and goals.

What time should I arrive?

The time you book is the time you should arrive, take as long as you need to ensure you find out all you want to know before the close of the event.

Will there be information on finance, travel and support?

Yes, our Student Services team can talk you through bursaries, fees, travel options, additional learning support and wellbeing support.
